Much is made in advertising of mediums. Or how a message will be delivered. We often hear “I tried TV, it doesn’t work” or “I try social media, but I don’t get anything out of it”. What is rarely talked about is the content they used on these mediums. Being on TV is great, but what did your commercial say? What was the production quality? Yes, social media is a great tool, but what did you share, was it one sales message after another? Was there imagery to accompany it? Buy ABC Widgets!” and over some time say 1,000 people heard you scream about ABC Widgets. How many of those 1,000 people are going to want to buy ABC Widgets and how many of those 1,000 people are going to think you’re a screaming lunatic?
